1 tbsp hemp seeds
½ cup of coconut milk
1. Remove sticks from Mango Chile GoodPops, this can be done by using a knife to cut alongside the stick
2. Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender
3. Blend until smooth. If needed, add more coconut milk to make smoother
