Graveyard Dirt Cups

Halloween dirt cups that are spookily healthy and easy to make! These cute and fun mini desserts are perfect for adults and kids alike!

Ingredients

2 boxes GoodPop Double Chocolate Fudge (can also use Fudge ‘n Caramel Crunch)

½ cup vegan white chocolate chips or white chocolate melting chocolates

4 mini pretzel rods; or 2 regular pretzel rods split in half

8 candy eyes

Instructions

  1. Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, until smooth and drizzleable. 
  2. Dip pretzel sticks in melted chocolate, covering about ¾ of the pretzel with the white chocolate on all sides.
  3. Place dipped pretzel sticks on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining pretzels.
  4. Drizzle remaining melted white chocolate over the pretzels in a zig-zag pattern.
  5. Place two candy eyes on each pretzel. Once done with all pretzels, place in the fridge to cool for at least 15 minutes.
  6. Gently remove 2 GoodPop Double Chocolate Fudge pops from their sticks and place into a small glass cup or small dessert bowl. Repeat with remaining pops, completing four small cups, each with two pops.
  7. Remove mummy pretzels from the refrigerator and place one pretzel mummy per dirt cup.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
