• Very Cherry Lemonade Smoothie

  • Ingredients

    1 cup frozen cherries
    1 cup milk of your choice, we used coconut milk
    1 tsp chia seeds
    1 tsp raw honey or sweetener of your choice
    2 Cherry Lemonade GoodPops

  • Instructions

    1. Remove sticks from Cherry Lemonade pops, this can be done by using a knife to cut alongside the stick
    2. Blend all ingredients together until smooth
    3. Enjoy!
