1 – 13.66 fl oz can of coconut cream (divided)
4 GoodPop No Added Sugar Strawberry Pops
2 c ice -
Instructions
- Open the coconut cream can and dip a spoon into the creamy part, scooping about 1 tbsp of cream onto the back of your spoon.
- Press the back of the spoon into the inside of the glass, about halfway down. Scoop the coconut cream upwards to create a cloud-like line and texture. Apply to two glasses.
- Take one GoodPop Strawberry Pop and place into a microwave safe measuring cup or bowl and melt in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Remove from the microwave and remove the stick.
- Divide strawberry glaze evenly between two glasses.
- Microwave the three remaining GoodPop Strawberry Pops in the same microwave safe measuring cup or bowl for 15 seconds, or until the sticks can be removed easily.
- Pour melted pops and remaining coconut cream into the blender. Blend on medium until the mixture is creamy with no lumps.
- Add 2 cups of ice, blend for 15-20 seconds or until the ice completely blending into mixture.
- Divide between two prepared glasses and enjoy!
