Easter Dirt Cups
This quick and simple dirt cup recipe is indulgent AND gluten free and nut free. Plus it looks so cute! Taking under 15-minutes to make, this is the perfect sweet treat to celebrate Easter or you can modify for any holiday!

Ingredients
4 GoodPop Fudge n’ Vanilla Squares
½ cup gluten-free graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup coconut cream
½ c coconut shredded, toasted
Toppings:
2 gluten free chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
2 strawberries
Dipping chocolate, orange -
Instructions
- Clean and prep strawberries and melt the dipping chocolate in the microwave at 30-second intervals.
- Dip strawberries in orange chocolate and lay on parchment paper to cool.
- Press ¼ cup of graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of each cup.
- Add the coconut cream and GoodPop Fudge squares to a blender and blend until combined.
- Pour half of the blended mixture evenly into the 2 cups.
- Add toasted coconut to each cup, and layer with remaining blender mixture.
- Top each cup with crushed sandwich cookies, and finish with the chocolate covered ‘carrot’ (strawberry) and serve!
NOTE: orange melting chocolate is typically not dairy-free. Substitute with DF white chocolate and orange food coloring, or leave strawberry plain!
